Thinking of making changes to your order? No problem, we’re here to help!
We get it, things change! If you need to make adjustments to your order, let us know ASAP. However, changes are only guaranteed within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your treasure goes into production or zips out the door, changes might be tricky.

At Moteeto, we believe that open communication is the foundation of an outstanding customer experience. We strive to keep you informed every step of the way, because early notification allows our dedicated team to provide you with the best possible assistance.
From the moment you place your order, we’ll be in touch to confirm all the details and provide you with tracking information. If there are any updates or changes during production or delivery, you’ll be the first to know.
Return:
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
If you experience any of the following issues with your order, we’ll happily send you a replacement free of charge:
- non-receipt of the product within the guaranteed time (20 days excluding 5-7 days of processing);
- receipt of a wrong item (wrong customized information on the product, wrong product or blurry product); and
- receipt of a damaged product (broken).
Please Note: If you’d rather receive a full refund instead of a replacement for a wrong or defective item, we’ve got you covered. There’s no need to return the incorrect or damaged item in this case, saving you the hassle and expense of return shipping.
Refund:
We do not process a refund in the following cases:
- your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and
- your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivery” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
* Happen to need a refund? No worries! You have 15 days after the estimated delivery date (that’s 20 days after you order) to request one. Just shoot us a message on our Contact Us page. Heads up, refunds and exchanges aren’t possible after 35 days of purchase.
If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account or to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We obsess over quality, so if you get the wrong item or have a stitch or print mishap, no sweat! Just reach out to us and we’ll make things right with a hassle-free replacement.
Please note: Currently, we can only accept returns or exchanges for size discrepancies if the mistake was on our end. To avoid any delays, please don’t return your purchase unless we’ve authorized it. We’re happy to help you get the perfect fit, so just reach out if you have any questions!
